Clean Air America uses state of the art
power vacuum trucks. Currently Clean Air
America is the only air duct cleaner in
North East Ohio that uses them. The secret
to the power is the giant 48" fan blade. It
uses 200HP to spin at 2000 RPM and pulls
16,000 cubic feet of air per minute through
your homes heating and cooling system.
The power of the truck also delivers
compressed air (at pressures
up to 200psi) to blast dust and debris from
the duct walls.
Clean Air America's power
vacuum cuts to the heart of your homes
heating and cooling system. Our skilled
technicians attach the big vacuum hose
directly to your air ducts at the core of
your heating and cooling system. The other
companies use smaller equipment that cannot
and does not clean as well.
Clean Air America cleans
the whole system. Vacuum by itself is not
enough to do the job. High pressure
agitation devices are inserted into each
duct to loosen and lift debris into the
vacuum stream for removal. Our technicians
also have specialized brushes to clean any
size or shape duct. The cleaning tools
travel the full length of every duct to
blast loose caked on debris. Some companies
only clean what you can see. Others actually
seal the dirt so it stays forever.
The main duct work or trunk lines are also
cleaned, even if they are hidden in the
walls or the ceiling. This is where allot of
dirt hides and most companies don't have the
tools to clean them. Clean Air America's
specialized tools clean every interior inch,
high pressure air blasts from the cleaning
tool and propels it clear to the end of the
trunk line as your Clean Air America
technician pulls the cleaning tool back
through the lines dragging dirt and debris
towards the vacuum hose at the furnace with
its umbrella of air power. It is then drawn
out to the truck.
